Food is Medicine

Did you know that every tissue in your body is replaced by what you eat?

We are literally made up of what we have eaten in the last 7 years. While the stomach regenerates itself every 3 days, the bones take the longest, about 7 years to be totally replaced. Therefore long term nutrition and sustainable changes are necessary to facilitate radiant health!

Making small changes in your diet over a long period of time can have huge health benefits. This is referred to as ‘super market’ food healing.

Eat Healthy Food That Is Delicious!

Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to increase nutrition, boost energy, cleanse the blood, support the liver and kidneys, just to name a few.

Smoothies taste great and you can hide ingredients from your taste buds to get maximum healing benefits.

The Blender

Not all blenders are created equal.

Depending upon the type of smoothie you want to make will determine the kind of blender you will want to use.

For the beginner, just wanting to blend fruits and maybe greens, the normal blender will do just fine.

For the smoothie enthusiast you will need more heavy machinery.

We recommend the Blendtec, 3.5 horsepower blender. A Vitamix will work extremely well too.

Not sure if you want to make the investment? Try getting a blender second-hand. You will fall in love with how these liquid gold drinks make you feel. Invest in your future and health.

Do you throw away your Avocado Seeds?

The humble avocado seed has 28 grams of soluble fiber!

In case you did not know, 28 grams is a HUGE amount of fiber, almost the highest of any food.

Soluble fiber crosses the intestinal wall and flows through the blood stream scrubbing out the arteries.

Preventing hardening of the arteries, and heart attacks.

Add an avocado into a smoothie in a blendtec blender and you won’t even know that it is there.

I get massage therapy from Denise and she is incredibly gifted with healing hands. We instantly connected and I consider her more of a friend than just my massage therapist. She uses several different massage techniques and she is able to feel the tension in my body without me even telling her. She is truly amazing at what she does and I would not trust my body to anyone else.read more
